Paid (premium) app billing
Hootsuite offers free and paid (premium) apps to extend Hootsuite’s functionality. Go to My profile, and then select Install Hootsuite apps to install or uninstall apps. For more information, see Install or uninstall apps.
Each app begins with a 30 day trial period. We do not prorate cancellation of paid apps.
Plans: This feature is not available to Free plan members. To change your plan type, see Upgrade your Hootsuite plan type.
Hootsuite Pro, Professional, and Team
Paid (premium) apps are billed on a monthly basis only. App billing cycles sync with your Hootsuite sign-up date, so you are only billed for the days you have the app (not an entire month). For example, if you sign up for Hootsuite on March 1, then add a paid app on March 15, you are billed for the app from March 15 to March 31. In April you resume a regular monthly billing charge for the app.
Important: Avoid unwanted charges by canceling unwanted apps two days prior to your billing date.
Hootsuite Business and Enterprise Plans
Paid apps are included in Hootsuite Business and Enterprise plans.
Some apps may offer additional features for a fee. For example, Adview, oneclick.bio, Autopublisher, Panoramiq Multiview, Panoramiq Insights, and Pendulum pro offer a standard app that lets you access a certain number of accounts. You can pay a monthly or annual fee to add additional accounts.
