Automate tasks with Zapier

Explore all the ways you can automate publishing with Zapier and Hootsuite. Zapier is a web automation tool that integrates apps to automate repetitive tasks. Connect two or more apps from Zapier’s directory of over 750 apps to save time and boost productivity.

With the Hootsuite app you can schedule or publish posts including images to your social networks. Create automated workflows using information from your other favorite tools like Slack, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, or Trello. For example, create a zap that publishes a post every time a new row gets entered into a Google Sheet.

This integration also supports post tag creation for Hootsuite Enterprise users. While Zapier is an English product, Hootsuite will accept posts in all supported languages.

Set up Zapier integration

Zapier’s automatic workflows, called ‘Zaps’, are quick and easy to build, and don’t need any coding abilities. To use this integration, you’ll need a Zapier account.

Hootsuite users with social network publishing permissions will be able to create Zaps. Organization super admins, admins, and those with custom organization permissions to ‘Manage Message Tags’ can create post tags.
