Compare saved Insights searches
Compare searches to see how different topics or brands stack up in online conversations, and where those conversations are happening. Find out which brands have the biggest share of voice, compare the performance of different campaigns, or find out how people are talking about different leaders in your industry.
Each metric breaks down the data by individual search for benchmarking.
- Go to More, and then select Insights.
- Select Saved Searches to view the list of searches saved by your organization.
- Select a saved search.
- Select Add Saved Search.
- Select up to nine saved searches from the list, and then select Save.
Insights updates your search results to show results for all of your selected searches, for the following metrics. Each tile uses colors to differentiate between individual searches.
Shows the total volumes across all saved searches for key metrics: mentions, reach, impressions, and unique authors. You can choose which metrics to display in the tile. See Analyze Insights search results for more information.
Shows the volume of four key metrics (mentions, reach, impressions, and unique authors) for each individual search. Select a column heading to sort by that metric.
Shows a line chart for each individual search for the distribution of mentions for the selected time frame.
Shows the share of voice (mention volume) for each individual search, with benchmarks for the search volume against the previous period.
Shows the share of voice for each saved search as a percentage of the total mention volume across all selected searches. Point to a segment to see the percentage and number of mentions for a search. Select a segment to see the list of content containing the mentions for a search.
Shows the top keywords, phrases, people, hashtags, locations, organizations, and emoji across all searches. You can customize the types of topics displayed to narrow in on the content that matters to you. See Analyze Insights search results for more information.
Shows the top topics across all searches, as well as the top topics for each individual search, ranked by mention volume. Select a column header to see the top topics for that search.
Shows the aggregate sentiment across all searches, as a share of positive, negative, and neutral mention volume.
Shows the distribution of mentions by positive, negative, and negative sentiment for each individual search. Point to a segment to see the number of mentions and percentage of total for that sentiment.
Shows the share of voice across platforms for each individual search. Point to a segment on a bar chart to see the number of mentions and percentage of total for that platform. Compare which conversations are more dominant on each platform.
Shows the top ten sites with the highest mention volume in total across all searches, and for each individual search, ranked by mention volume. Select a column header to see the top sites for that search.
Shows the top ten authors with the highest mention volume across all searches and for each individual search, ranked by mention volume. Select a column header to see the authors who contributed the most to conversations for that search.
Shows the top ten hashtags across all searches and for each individual search, ranked by mention volume. Select a column header to see the top-mentioned hashtags for that search.
Shows where conversations are taking place by country. The shading on the heat map represents the total mention volume by country across all searches. The table shows the top 10 countries for all searches and for each individual search, ranked by mention volume. Select a column header to see where the most mentions came from for that search.
Shows all mentions from all searches. Search terms are highlighted in each mention, so you can easily tell which search the mention is from.
