Manage Parliament preferences

Choose the Parliament (formerly Amplify) features you want to share with your members. You can choose to show your members a leaderboard, whether you want to accept suggestions for content, and let members customize content before it goes live on their social networks.

This article describes the new Social OS experience. If you haven't switched yet, select the Classic tab for instructions. Learn more about the Social OS experience.

Audience: Parliament admins

Set your preferences

Parliament allows you to show your members a leaderboard, accept suggestions for content, and let members customize your content before they post it to their networks.

Go to Parliament , and then select Admin settings.
Select General preferences and set your preferences for the following:
- Logo - Upload a logo that will be shown on your members' sign in page.
- Sharing from Parliament - Select the social networks you want your members to be able to create Parliament content for.
- Enable LinkedIn mentions - Let Content Admins create and share posts that mention profiles connected to your Parliament Hootsuite organization.
- Allow LinkedIn reposts with comments - Let your members add their own thoughts when reposting a LinkedIn post. You can still enable or disable reposting with comments on individual LinkedIn posts.
- Allow sharing to other apps - Let your members share content to apps like WhatsApp and SMS from the Parliament mobile app.
- Suggestions - Let your members suggest content to share. See Share Parliament content.
- Lock content - Lock new posts so members cannot edit or personalize them. You can still choose to lock or unlock posts individually.
- Automatically save posts as Parliament drafts - Save all your organic Hootsuite posts as Parliament drafts so you can repurpose your content for your advocacy program. You'll still need to publish the drafts as Parliament posts to make them available to your advocates. You can enable this option for specific social accounts or for all your social accounts.
