Share Parliament content

1. Go to Parliament .
2. Select a topic from the navigation or search for content by keyword. To find specific content, do any of the following:
   • Search - Use the Search content by keywords box to look for posts with specific content.
   • Sort - Use the Sort by options to sort content by oldest, newest, most shared, least shared, or expired posts.
   • Filter - Select Filter and then select one or more specific filters to view content based on language, media type, ability to personalize, whether content has been shared, social network, and topic.
     
     
3. Choose a piece of content you want to share. You can preview media content, like video, by selecting it.

   Tip: LinkedIn posts that contain a PDF attachment have a PDF badge. You can view the PDF by selecting Open PDF in new tab , but you cannot preview PDF attachments shared from Streams.

4. Select Share, and then select the social accounts you want to share this post to. Your Amplify admins may choose to limit the social networks available for some posts. In this case, accounts in those networks will be disabled.
5. (Optional) If you want to recommend a post to a colleague, select Copy internal link to share and paste the link into a message (like Slack or email). When your teammate selects the link, an external share page opens where they can select their own accounts to share or schedule the post, and add their own personalization (if enabled by the admins).
   
6. Choose from the following options:
   • Personalize post - Open the post and edit it. This option is only available when admins offer it. Learn more about creating and editing posts.
   • Share now - Publish the post to your selected accounts.
   • Schedule - Set a time and date for the post to publish to your selected accounts.
   You can repost LinkedIn posts immediately, or schedule the repost for later. If your admins have allowed personalization for the post, select Repost with your thoughts to add a comment.

You can view your scheduled Parliament posts in your content calendar. Go to Perch and use the options at the top of the calendar to view your content by date. If you're showing 10 or fewer social accounts in your calendar, those accounts are automatically selected.

You can edit, delete, or suspend scheduled content right in the calendar. Select a post to open it in the calendar and take action on it. Learn more about editing scheduled posts in your calendar.

Note: You cannot edit scheduled LinkedIn reposts. If you want to change the comments you added to a scheduled LinkedIn repost, you must delete it from the calendar and then reschedule it in Parliament. The card preview for the scheduled repost does not contain a preview of the scheduled repost, but contains a link back to theParliament post.

1. Go Parliament , and then select Suggest Post .
2. Select to include a link or content (or fill in both).
3. Optionally, enter a description of your suggestion for the content admin.
