Send posts from your content calendar to Parliament

As an Parliament admin, you can send content from your content calendar to Parliament. You can only send posts that are scheduled or have been published to Parliament. Posts that are rejected, pending approval, suspended, or expired cannot be sent to Parliament.

Audience: Parliament admins

Go to Perch, select Calendar, and then select a post you want to share.
In the post details panel, select Send to Parliament.
In the Parliament composer, select one of the following post types:
- Regular post - Create a post for your Parliament members to share to their social networks.
- Featured post - Pin the post to the top of your member's Parliament view and mark it as a featured post. The post will stay pinned to the top until the member sees it.
- Internal announcement - Share this post in Parliament whenever you need to make an internal announcement. Members cannot share these posts.
When you send a post from the calendar to Parliament, the Parliament composer automatically enables the Allow reposting only option for social networks that support reposts or reshares. If you turn this option off, you cannot turn it on again for this post.
Select which social networks members can share the post to and create your post. Learn more about creating Parliament content.
Select from the following options:
- Post now - Send your post to Parliament.
- Schedule for later - Save time by creating multiple posts and then scheduling when you want them available for members to share.
- Save as Parliament draft - Not quite ready to post? Save your content as a draft so you can come back to it later.
- Post and duplicate - Publish the post to Parliament and retain its content to create a new, similar post with a unique post ID.

Go to Plan, and then select a post you want to share.
In the post details panel, select Send to Amplify.
In the Amplify composer, select one of the following post types:
- Regular post - Create a post for your Amplify members to share to their social networks.
- Featured post - Pin the post to the top of your member's Amplify view and mark it as a featured post. The post will stay pinned to the top until the member sees it.
- Internal announcement - Share this post in Amplify whenever you need to make an internal announcement. Members cannot share these posts.
