Create an Parliament report

In addition to the Parliament leaderboard, there are 5 pre-built report templates you can use to see how your Parliament program is doing.

Go to Analytics.
Select Create a report.
Scroll down and select Parliament from the list of report options.
Select from one of the following reports, and then select Create report:
- User adoption - Monitor how your Parliament program is progressing. You can use this report to see the number of members you've invited to use Parliament and those that have signed up. Or see how many members shared an Parliament post.
- Post impact - Compares the performance of your posts by social network, member, topic, or reach. You can use this report to see which networks your members are sharing content on most. Or use it to track the most popular topics.
- X engagement, LinkedIn engagement, and Facebook engagement - View a breakdown of engagement and reach statistics by network. Let's say, you've optimized your content for LinkedIn, you can use the LinkedIn engagement report to see which posts are getting the most shares, likes, or replies on that network. Note, Facebook engagement applies to Pages, not profiles.
You can view data by time period, customize your report view, and share and export your report. Learn how to do more with your reports.

Go to Analytics.
Select Create a report.
Scroll down and select Amplify from the list of report options.
Select from one of the following reports, and then select Create report:
- User adoption - Monitor how your Amplify program is progressing. You can use this report to see the number of members you've invited to use Amplify and those that have signed up. Or see how many members shared an Amplify post.

Note: The shares you see on a post in Amplify count the number of unique members who have shared content. If one of your members shares a post multiple times (or across multiple networks), Amplify counts that as one share. In Analytics reports, each share is counted. So if one person shares a post multiple times, you'll see a count for each share.

View leaderboard data for your Parliament program

If your organization has the point-based leaderboard enabled, you can add a Leaderboard tile to a custom Analytics report to get a detailed view of leaderboard performance across your Parliament program.

The Parliament leaderboard tile shows the total points scored by each user, and the points for individual scoring events that make up each user's total points. You can filter data by social network or team.
The Amplify leaderboard tile in an Analytics report.

Note: The Parliament leaderboard tile displays a fixed 30-day window. To view data for a specific 30-day period, set your desired end date. The tile will display data for the 30 days leading up to that date. The start date of a date range is not applied to this tile.

Add the Parliament leaderboard tile to a report

You can add the Parliament leaderboard tile to Analytics reports even if you have hidden the leaderboard from members in Parliament settings.

Go to Analytics.
Select Create a report, and then select Create custom report.
Select the Parliament tab, and then select Advocacy from the list.
Locate the Parliament leaderboard tile, and then select Add.

Go to Analytics.
