Create content with Wisdom

Wisdom(formerly OwlyGPT) can help you create content for social posts and campaigns, and can personalize responses using your own unique brand voice.

This article describes the new Social OS experience. If you haven't switched yet, select the Classic tab for instructions. Learn more about the Social OS experience.

You can upload multiple images and documents simultaneously to get specific help with your content:

Images: Upload up to three images (JPG or PNG) at a time to get help with captions, hashtags, and alt text. Maximum file size is 30 MB per image.
Documents: Upload up to two documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD) at a time to generate post ideas based on the text, answer questions about content, and summarize reports or briefs. Maximum file size is 2 MB for DOCX, TXT, and MD files, and 5 MB for PDF files.
Note: Wisdomuses the context of the most recently uploaded document, and extracts text content only. It does not analyze layouts or images within documents.

You can delete uploaded images by deleting the conversation.

Go to Wisdom , and then select Publishing Agent.
(Optional) Select Add attachment or connector in the conversation window, and then select Add files or photos. You can upload a mix images and different file types (for example, JPG and PDF) in the same upload.
(Optional) Select Brand voice, and then select a social account from the side panel. Wisdom analyzes the last 30 posts from the previous three months, and integrates the voice and tone of those posts into future recommendations. You can change the social account you want to use at any time.
Enter a prompt, and then select Send message.
When Wisdom generates an answer, you can select any of the following options:
- Create post - Use Wisdom's answer to create a post. Hootsuite copies the answer to Hootsuite composer so you can continue your publishing workflow as usual. You'll need to add your image to the post.
- Copy - Copy the entirety of OwlyGPT's answer (including recommended posting time and visual suggestions) to your clipboard.
(Optional) Select one of the predefined follow-up prompts to refine Wisdom's answer.

Go to OwlyGPT , select Tools, and then select Content creation.
(Optional) Select Add files in the conversation window, and then select one or more files to upload. You can mix and match images and different file types (for example, JPG and PDF) in the same upload.
