Connect a TikTok account
Connect a TikTok account to Hootsuite to manage it from the same place as your other social media accounts. When you connect a TikTok account to Hootsuite, you can schedule and publish videos to it, engage with your audience, create analytics reports, and more.
To add social accounts to Hootsuite organizations, you need super admin, admin, or custom Add social networks permissions for your Hootsuite organization. To find out more, see Manage your organization's social accounts.
Connect your TikTok account
- In a separate browser tab or window, log out of TikTok.
- In Hootsuite, go to Account
, and then select Social accounts and teams.
Professional plans: Select + Private account.
Team, Business, and Enterprise plans: Select Manage beside your organization name, and then select Add a social network. - Select TikTok, and then select Continue.
- Enter the TikTok account credentials, and then select Log in.
- Select Authorize to give Hootsuite permission to manage your account. If you select Edit access and adjust any settings, TikTok won't fully work in Hootsuite.
Note: When you connect social accounts on mobile, they are added to your private accounts. To add social accounts to an organization, use the web version of Hootsuite.
- Select your profile picture
- Select Social accounts.
- Select the plus icon +, and then select TikTok.
- Enter the TikTok account credentials, and then select Log in.

Hootsuite is connecting to the wrong TikTok account
Before connecting a TikTok account, open a new web browser tab, and log out of TikTok. Then go back to Hootsuite and proceed. You’ll be able to enter the correct account credentials.
