Edit an organization or team profile

Keep your Hootsuite organization name and profile image up-to-date. Enter team names and profile pictures so that your members can distinguish between different teams they work in.

Change an organization name or profile image

The organization name is shown at the top of your organization. It helps members in multiple organizations identify the organization. You must be a Super Admin or have the custom organization permission Manage organization profile to change the name and profile image for a Hootsuite organization.

Follow the instructions for your plan. If you don't know what plan you have, go to Hootsuite and select Account - you'll find it below your name.

Standard, Team, Advanced, and Enterprise plan members

1. In Hootsuite, go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
2. Select Settings. (You may have to expand the left navigation to see this option.)
   
3. Select a profile picture, enter a name, and set default permissions for your organization. Learn more about these permissions.
   

Business plan members

1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
   
2. Select the More actions next to the organization and then select Settings.
   
3. Select a profile picture, enter a name, and set default permissions for your organization. Learn more about these permissions.
   

Change a team name or profile image

Set profile information for teams in your organization to help identify your teams and their tasks.

You must have one of the following roles to edit a team profile:

• Be an organization Super Admin or Admin.
• Have Team Admin, Unlimited, or the custom team permission to Manage team profile for the team.

Follow the instructions for your plan. If you don't know what plan you have, go to Hootsuite and select Account - you'll find it below your name.

Standard, Team, Advanced, and Enterprise plan members

1. Go to Account , and then select Social accounts and teams.
2. Select Teams (you may have to expand the left navigation to see this option), and then select a team to open it.
   
3. Select More actions, and then select Edit team profile to select a profile picture and enter a name for your team.
   

Business plan members

1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
2. Select Manage next to the organization.
3. Point to a team, select Settings , and then select Settings.
   
4. Select a profile picture and enter a name for your team.
