Change the name on your Academy certification

Have you had a name change since you were certified? No problem, you can update your certificate with the change.

1. Sign in to www.credential.net. If this is your first time using credential.net, click SignUp. Use the email address your certificate was sent to, and create a password for yourself.
2. Select the certification to open it.
3. Click More below your certificate, and then select Request a Name Change. If this option is grayed out, check that you are signed in at the top of the page.
   
4. Enter the new name for the credential in both fields, and then click Submit Request.

Allow up to 48 hours for the name change request to be reviewed and reflected on your certificate.
