If you need to contact us, we'll need to know a few things so we can help you. Make sure you include the email address associated with your Hootsuite account, the part of the product or the social network you’re having trouble with, and a description of your issue. Please share as many details about the issue as you can. Submit a support request

2. Submit a support request

Get support via chat

1. In your Hootsuite account, go to Help (you may have to expand the options on the left to find it), and then select Contact support.
2. In the chat window, ask your question.
