Engage with other agents in Inbox 2.0 team chat

Team chat is a great way to engage and collaborate with other agents. It's located in the bottom right of the agent workspace. The chat history shows messages from newest to oldest, with the number of agents online at the top.

Audience: Inbox 2.0 agents

Select Chat to see the names of team members who are online and their availability status.


In the collapsed state, the team chat bar blinks blue when there’s new chat activity. When you’re scrolling through team chat history and someone posts a new message, an orange New message alert appears just above the chat bar. Select the alert to open the most recent message.
