Find conversations, keywords in messages, or contacts with Inbox 2.0 search.

Search for information in Inbox 2.0

Find information on contacts and messages in Inbox 2.0.

1. Go to Inbox 2.0.
2. In the Search conversations box at the top of the page, enter a contact’s name, handle, or phone number; or enter keywords to find a specific message.
   
   Note: Due to LinkedIn's storage restrictions, you cannot search for LinkedIn messages and contacts.
3. Contacts and a Messages options appear, showing matching results. Optionally, on the Messages tab, select Show filters to filter results by channel, the message's receive or send time, and whether the message is incoming or outgoing.
   
4. Select a conversation to view its history, update its status, or continue the conversation.
