Search for conversations or contacts in Sparkcentral
Users can search Sparkcentral across channels for contacts or specific messages.
The Search box is located above the Sparkcentral queue.
- In the Search box, enter a contact’s name, handle name, or phone number, or enter keywords to find a specific message.
- The results pane displays any matching contacts or messages, along with the total number of results found, on a Contacts tab and a Messages tab. Exact matches appear first.
- Optionally, on the Messages tab, you can filter results by channel, the timeframe in which the message was received or sent, and direction (incoming or outgoing).
By selecting a thread, you can scroll through all conversation history, update the conversation status, or continue the conversation directly from the search results pane.
