Delivery notifications in Sparkcentral

After you send a message, you may see sent, delivered, and read notifications in Sparkcentral. The information you see depends on individual channel restrictions, as shown here.

Notifications appear in Sparkcentral as follows:

• Sent - A timestamp appears when an agent sends a message from Sparkcentral.

  

• Delivered - A single check mark appears next to the Sent timestamp when the message is delivered to the contact.

• Read - A second check mark appears next to the Sent timestamp when the message is viewed on the contact’s device.

• Not delivered - If the message is not delivered, an exclamation mark appears above the message.
  A message might not be delivered for several reasons. For example, if you exceed the 24-hour customer care window for highly structured messages (HSMs) in WhatsApp, the message is not delivered.
