Set the inactive session length in Sparkcentral

To help prevent unauthorized people from accessing Sparkcentral, agents are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity. The default (and recommended) session timeout period is 30 minutes.

Admins can change the default inactive session length: Go to Admin settings, expand Privacy and security,and then select Inactive session length.

The session timeout value must be between 10 minutes and 24 hours.
