Set your default availability in Sparkcentral

You can control whether their status appears as available or away when they log in to Sparkcentral.

To change your default availability:

  1. Select your name or profile picture, and then select My Settings.
  2. Select General, and then choose an option under Default Availability.

If you choose Available, you will be assigned the first conversation in the New queue as soon as you log in.
