Hide a Facebook comment in Sparkcentral

Agents can hide Facebook comments in Sparkcentral conversations. Hidden comments are only visible by the commenter and their Facebook friends. The commenter is not informed that the comment is hidden.

Note: You cannot delete comments in Sparkcentral. Comments can only be deleted in Facebook. Deleted comments are erased permanently.

To hide a Facebook comment, select the eye icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the comment.

Hidden comments appear in conversations in a lighter text shade. An eye icon with a line through it appears over the comment. To unhide a comment, select the eye icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the comment.
