Automatically clear contact attributes in Sparkcentral
If required, an enterprise can automatically remove all data in the contact attributes section from Sparkcentral after a conversation is resolved.
- On the Settings tab, expand Privacy & Security, and then select Auto-Clear Contact Attributes.
- Select an option in the list, and then select Save.
When a conversation is resolved, all data stored in the contact attributes section is automatically removed after the specified duration.
If a conversation is moved to the New queue for any reason, the duration timer is stopped.
