Automatically clear contact attributes in Sparkcentral

If required, an enterprise can automatically remove all data in the contact attributes section from Sparkcentral after a conversation is resolved.

  1. On the Settings tab, expand Privacy & Security, and then select Auto-Clear Contact Attributes.
  2. Select an option in the list, and then select Save.

When a conversation is resolved, all data stored in the contact attributes section is automatically removed after the specified duration.

Important: Data that is removed cannot be restored. This includes data automatically collected from a social network or CRM system, as well as data added manually by agents. All values are removed except for when the attribute was created, updated, and deleted; this data is retained for audit purposes.

If a conversation is moved to the New queue for any reason, the duration timer is stopped.
