Shorten a link in Sparkcentral

Admins can choose to authenticate with Bitly to use your organization’s custom Bitly account.

1. Go to Admin settings, expand Agent workspace, and then select Link shortening.
2. Select Sign in to Bitly.
3. Enter your account information in the window that appears.

If you do not connect a Bitly account, URLs will be shortened with Sparkcentral’s default Bitly account when using the built-in link shortener.

When creating a new snippet on the Shared replies tab, admins can select or clear the Shorten links in this snippet check box.
