Work with automatic assignments
Your administrator may choose to automatically route messages to a specific team or agent to make sure that conversations don't get missed. If you need to focus on your current queue or clear your queue before going offline, you may want to pause your automated assignments.
Audience: Inbox 2.0 agents
Pause or resume automatic routing
Pause or resume having automatic assignments routed to you.
Note: This feature is only available if your administrator has turned on routing (see Manage team settings and assignments).
Go to Inbox 2.0 , select Queue actions
above the queue, and then select Pause automatic routing. When you are ready to resume receiving automatic assignments, select the three dots above the queue, and then select Resume automatic routing.
