Customize Amplify emails
Invite your colleagues to Amplify with a personalized email and choose whether to send your members a weekly digest of new Amplify content for the week. Your advocates can choose whether or not to receive Amplify email notifications.
Audience: Amplify admins
Customize the logo and language
Chose the logo and language you want to use in your Amplify emails to advocates.
- Go to Amplify and select Admin settings.
- Select Email customization, and then select General at the top of the page to upload your logo and set your language.
Customize your invitation
Set up and customize the Amplify invitation you send to your advocates.
- Go to Amplify and select Admin settings.
- Select Email customization, and then select Welcome at the top of the page to edit your welcome email.
The invitation your Amplify members receive will look similar to the following:
Once your member selects Get started, they'll be asked to sign in to Hootsuite (either using SSO, if you have that set up, or by entering their email and password). If your member doesn't select Get started, they'll receive a follow-up reminder email after three days and another after seven days.
When members who are not using single sign-on receive their invitation, they have 30 days to act on it. If they don't select Get started during that time, you'll need to resend your invitation.
Resend an invitation
If you need to resend an invitation, use the following instructions:
- Go to Amplify , select Admin settings, and then select Members list.
- Next to the member you'd like to re-invite, select Actions , and then select Resend welcome email.
Set up your weekly digest
Send your members a weekly digest of new Amplify content for the week. The digest will show your member their weekly Amplify activity and the three most shared items in your organization.
- Go to Amplify and select Admin settings.
- Select Email customization, and then select Digest at the top of the page to set your preferences.
View members email status
Check your members' Amplify emails status. You can see if they've been sent their Amplify email invitation, if they've been onboarded, and if they are receiving Amplify email notifications. You can also choose to make members Amplify Admins here. For more about users and roles, see Manage Amplify members and permissions.
- Go to Amplify and select Admin settings.
- Select Members list.
- Point at the status icons for details and switch on or off Content admin to change roles.
