Download or schedule a Topic Insights report
You can create reports of Listening search results for further review or to share with others. You get all the data and visualizations from Listening in one easy-to-share file.
You can download a snapshot of Topic Insights or schedule a report to be sent to specific recipients on a regular basis (for example, a weekly report based on your latest campaign's performance). You can also generate a report that compares results from different searches.
Note: You can create a maximum of 40 alerts and reports (combined). This limit applies across the entire organization.
Download a Topic Insights report
You can download a snapshot of your topic results in PDF or PowerPoint format.
Tip: You can also compare results from different topics and download a report that compares the results.
- Go to Listening, then select Topic Insights.
- Select a topic to view its search results.
- Optionally, apply filters to refine your search results to capture the mentions that are most relevant to you.
- Select Build Report, then select the format you want to use for your report (PDF or PowerPoint).
Listening generates the report and notifies you when it is ready for download.
- When the report is ready, select the link to download it to your computer.
Schedule a Topic Insights report
You can schedule a report of search results for a topic so that you and your stakeholders can stay on top of changes and trends in your search results.
- Go to Listening, then select Topic Insights.
- Select a topic to view its search results.
- Optionally, apply filters to refine your search results to capture the mentions that are most relevant to you.
- Select Build Report, then select Schedule report.
- In the Create a new report window, enter a name and description for your report, then select Next.
- Select the schedule options for your report, including the scheduling interval and time of day.
- Enter one or more email addresses for your report recipients, using commas or new lines to separate multiple addresses.
- Select Create report.
