Organize Topic Insights with tags
A tag is a label you can use to categorize and group individual topic results. For example, you can highlight important authors, assign mentions to specific categories, or flag individual mentions for follow-up.
You can create new tags, edit existing tags and manage groups of tags on the Tags tab of the project settings. Your organization shares the same set of tags, so you can use them in any of your organization’s topics.
You can apply tags to mentions in any of the widgets in Topic Insights that show individual results (for example, the Results widget). You can view your tagged results by using the Tags filter on your topic results.
Create a tag
- Go to Listening, then select Settings .
- Select the Tags tab, then select New tag.
- In the Create new tag window, enter a name for the tag, and optionally, select a group for the tag and a color, then select Create tag.
Tag a result
- Go to Listening, and then select Topic Insights.
- Select the Results tab, and locate the mention you want to tag.
- Select More and enter the name of your tag in the Tag this article field.
