Emoji option removed from Inbox - May 28, 2024

Hootsuite is upgrading its social network engagement solution. The following change affects Professional and Team plan members using Inbox (1.0).

As part of this transition, we’re removing the emoji option from Inbox conversations. You’ll find the ability to add emoji in the new Inbox (Inbox 2.0). Inbox 2.0 will be available to new customers on the Team plan and those on the new version of the Professional plan (to be released later this summer).

We'll begin migrating all existing customers to Inbox 2.0 later this year, using a phased approach.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to migrate existing Team and Professional customers to the new Inbox. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
