Ask a team member to approve your content

Invite a team member to review and approve your content before it goes live. This is a great way to make sure your post is on-brand and polished before you publish it.

You can ask any team member with access to the social account to approve your post before it publishes - they don't need special permissions to do so. If your organization has an approval process set up, your post will go through that process after your requested team member approves your post. Learn how to set up an approval process.
- Go to Create, select your social accounts, and create your post.
- Select a team member from the Ask for approval list.Hootsuite only sends scheduled or published posts for approval. If you save your post as a draft, the post won't be sent for approval.
