Sync an account's profile picture or name

If you change your profile picture (avatar) or user name in a social network, you'll have to sync those changes to see them in Hootsuite.

Note: Due to current TikTok limitations, TikTok profile pictures may expire every 24 hours. Sync your TikTok profile regularly to continue seeing its profile picture in Hootsuite. This doesn’t affect any other functionality.

Sync a private social account avatar or name

1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
2. Under Private social accounts, select the gear icon on the social account, and then select Sync avatar.
   

Sync an organization's social account avatar or name

1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
2. Select Social Networks under the organization name.
   
3. Select the social account from the list on the left.
4. Select Settings, and then select Sync avatar.
