Require confirmation when publishing to a social account

Requiring team members to confirm their intent to publish can help prevent content from being published by accident.

Enable or disable the Secure Profile feature

You must have one of the following roles to set these permissions:

  • Be an organization Super Admin or Admin.
  • Have Team Admin permissions for your team.
  • Have Advanced or the custom Manage social network profile permissions for the social account.

To prompt your members to confirm that they want to publish to this social account, use the following instructions:

  1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
  2. Select Manage, point to a social account, select Settings , and then select Settings.

  3. Select or clear Make this a secure profile.
