Manage visibility of organization members

You can allow all Hootsuite organization members to view all of the members, teams, and social networks in the organization.

Super admins can disable this setting so that organization members can only see and assign posts or comments to members and social accounts in their own teams.

Plans: Enterprise

Enable or disable the social organization setting

  1. Go to My profile, and then select Manage accounts and teams.
  2. Select Settings next to the organization name, and then select Settings.
  3. Select or clear Enable Social Organization. A selected check box means the feature is enabled.

  4. Select Save Changes.
