Manage visibility of organization members

With large organizations, you can keep your teams focused on their own accounts by managing member and account visibility.

You can allow all Hootsuite organization members to view all of the members, teams, and social networks in the organization. This setting is required to share and export reports with your organization.

Super admins can disable this setting so that organization members can only see and assign posts or comments to members and social accounts in their own teams.

Plans: Enterprise

Enable or disable the social organization setting

  1. Go to Account, and then select Social accounts and teams.
  2. Select the three dots next to the organization name, and then select Settings.
  3. Select or clear Enable Social Organization. A selected check box means the feature is enabled.
