Set up a tactical or strategic review in Legacy Hootsuite Ads

Get the most out of your social ads investment with Hootsuite strategic ads services. Each Legacy Hootsuite Ads package includes a bundle of tactical and strategic reviews per year, available to you in addition to our product training sessions. With these services, you have access to our social ads experts. They help you drive results from your campaigns, invest in the right content, and stay current on trends in social ad strategy.

You must have an active ad campaign or an ongoing ads strategy in place for an optimization review. Our ads experts can help you drive higher value from your campaigns or strategy, but they don't build campaigns for you.

Anyone in the organization can use these reviews. Reviews are available in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. Unused services do not roll over into the next year.

Request a tactical review

Tactical reviews are 10-minute, recorded videos in which an expert reviews a campaign of your choice. Choose an imported campaign or one that was published from Legacy Hootsuite Ads (not a draft campaign). Your Legacy Hootsuite Ads expert provides tactical recommendations to increase your campaign’s performance. Reviews cover campaign setup and suggestions on how to improve delivery and results.

You can only request tactical reviews for campaigns you created yourself, and only you can view the results. You can access your recorded video from your dashboard within one business day of your request.

1. On the Legacy Hootsuite Ads home page, select Services.
2. Select Request one beside the Tactical reviews left counter. Note how many reviews your organization has left for the period, and when they expire.
   
3. In the campaign review window, select the campaign you want reviewed, the review language, and enter a message for the reviewer if you have any specific questions or areas you want looked at, then select Next.
4. Confirm your payment method and select Pay.
5. Review your request and select Close.

Request a strategic review

Strategic reviews are one-hour, live discussions with a social ads expert on your advertising strategy. They cover new products and trends, and provide recommendations for refining your advertising strategy.

1. On the Legacy Hootsuite Ads home page, select Services.
2. Select Request one next to the Strategic reviews left counter. Note how many reviews your organization has left for the period, and when they expire.
   
3. In the campaign review window, select the ad platform you want to discuss and provide some preliminary information for your reviewer to prepare for your call, then select Next. 
4. Confirm your payment method and select Pay.
5. Select a date and time for your coaching call, and then select Next. 
6. Review your request and select Close.
