Refund policy

We don’t provide refunds for Hootsuite accounts and add-ons. These are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on your selected subscription type).

If you have changed to a lower plan type and are billed monthly, we can issue credits for add-ons. This is equivalent to the prorated prepaid fees of those add-ons on the date of the cancellation. These credits are non-refundable, but can be used against the purchase of any future Hootsuite services.
