Whiteboard is being retired - October 1, 2026

Hootsuite is retiring Whiteboard, the digital canvas for saving notes and creating posts from saved content. This change also applies to the Add to Whiteboard button in Wisdom. We're retiring Whiteboard so we can focus our development efforts on Hootsuite's core publishing tools.

Once your account loses access to Whiteboard, any notes or content you've saved will be scheduled for deletion. If you want to keep any notes or content currently saved in Whiteboard, save or copy it elsewhere before your account loses access.
