Individuals impersonating Hootsuite employees

We've been made aware of an increase in scam attempts where individuals are impersonating Hootsuite employees, particularly on the platforms WhatsApp and Telegram. These scammers often try to gain your trust by presenting official-looking documents to appear legitimate. However, they are impersonating Hootsuite with fraudulent intent.

Hootsuite is not associated with individuals or groups who reach out to you on unofficial platforms claiming to represent us. We will never ask for your personal or financial details through these channels. If you receive a suspicious message, do not engage. Instead, report it right away on the social network and to our team at: support@hootsuite.com, and then block the sender.
