Use Wisdom in the Hootsuite mobile app

Wisdom, Hootsuite's AI assistant, is also available in the Hootsuite mobile app. Wisdom uses natural language so you can ask questions about your performance data and get help creating content, without needing to be at your desk.

For example, you can use Wisdom to:

• ask about an account or a campaign's performance in plain language and get a summary you can share with stakeholders
• turn a rough idea, a voice note, or performance data into a platform-ready post draft
• get insights when your performance shifts significantly, so you can stay informed without digging through dashboards

Note: Wisdom is only available in the mobile app if your organization has opted into the new Social OS experience, and has not opted out of AI features.

Start a conversation with Wisdom on mobile

Wisdom comes with a collection of ready-to-use prompts to help you get started. Choose a prompt from the Publishing agent to generate on-brand content for your social channels, or choose one from the Analytics and Insights agent to evaluate your social media performance.

1. Select Wisdom.
2. Select one of the predefined prompts to start your conversation, or select New chat to open a new chat window and enter your own prompt.

   Note: If you use a predefined prompt from the Analytics and Insights agent, you'll need to select your social accounts before sending your prompt. Learn more about Performance Insights mode.

3. (Optional) Include a website URL in your prompt to generate responses based on the content of the specified web page.
4. When you're satisfied with your prompt, select Send message.
5. (Optional) Enter another prompt, or select one of the predefined prompts, to refine Wisdom's answer.
6. If you want to start a new conversation, select Back, and then select New chat.

Draft a post with Wisdom on mobile

Ask Wisdom to create a social post for you, about any topic. Note that you cannot upload images to Wisdom on the mobile app.

1. Select Wisdom.
2. Select New chat to open a new chat window and enter your prompt.
3. When you're satisfied with your prompt, select Send message, and refine as necessary.
4. Select Create post.
5. Select one or more social accounts for your post, and then select Next.
   You can also select Save draft if you don't want to publish the post right away.
6. Select Post now, or schedule the post for later.
