Manage your Hootsuite mobile subscription

As a Hootsuite plan member, you automatically have access to the Hootsuite mobile app. Simply download the app from the Apple App Store and sign in to the app with your Hootsuite account ID and password.

Sign up for a Hootsuite subscription via the Apple App Store

If you sign up for a Hootsuite subscription on an iOS device, that subscription is billed to your Apple ID account and only provides access to the mobile app on iOS. If you do this and want to use both the mobile app and Hootsuite on the web, do the following:

1. Sign in to Hootsuite on the web and follow the steps to upgrade your plan. Don't worry, the price is the same.
2. Cancel your iOS subscription with the Apple App Store at least 24 hours before your next billing date so you don't get charged from Apple. Learn how to cancel an Apple subscription.

Delete your Hootsuite account

If you subscribed to Hootsuite via the Apple App Store, you will need to cancel your mobile subscription before you delete your account to avoid charges. If you are not paying your mobile app store for your subscription and want to delete your account, see Manage your Hootsuite plan and account.

Important: : Because in-app subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, your Hootsuite account and app subscription both have to be canceled separately.

1. Cancel your Hootsuite mobile payment subscription with the Apple App Store.
2. In the Hootsuite mobile app, select your profile picture to manage your account.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Select Delete Account.

Mobile subscription billing

Subscriptions for the Hootsuite mobile app are paid to Apple, and are therefore subject to Apple’s Services Terms and Conditions. Hootsuite does not have visibility into purchases made through an app store, or access to information about those transactions.

If you experience an issue with any Apple purchases, please visit Apple Support. You will be asked to sign in with your Apple ID and password, and then you can report your issue.
