Build reports using Filter content in Impact (Legacy)
Important: This article applies to the previous version of Impact. For the most recent Impact information, see Analyze organic and paid performance with Content comparison in Impact.
Use Filter content in Impact to generate custom reports on your social activity. Use your pre-saved filters from Browse Content, or create new ones. You can generate reports on a single content segment, or compare two segments of content for the same social account.
Reports are in CSV format and include all the metrics for the segment you select.
This article discusses using Filter Content in Hootsuite Impact. To filter your content in Hootsuite Analytics, see Filter posts.
Plans: Enterprise customers with Hootsuite Impact and Impact Starter, and Business customers with Impact Starter.
Tip: Save frequently used filters to run reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. To learn more, see Create a report in Impact.
Filter Content pulls from Facebook’s Post API, so metrics are reported per post, on all posts published within the selected date range.
