TikTok Business metrics

TikTok Business metrics help you figure out how you’re doing on TikTok. This article goes over the TikTok Business metrics available in Analytics. Use CTRL+F (CMD +F on Mac) to search content in this article.

MetricDescription
Audience > CountryThe total number of followers averaged over the past 60 days. Data is available only for accounts with more than 100 followers.
CommentsThe total number of comments received by your accounts' videos in the selected date range.
Follower activity > HourThe number of followers who are active and scrolling by time of the day. Data is available only for accounts with more than 100 followers.
FollowersThe total number of followers your TikTok accounts have at any moment.
Net new followers The increase or decrease in the number of people who are following your TikTok accounts (the difference between the last day and the first day of the time frame).
Post average time watchedThe average amount of time people spent watching your videos.
Post comments The number of comments your videos received in the selected date range.
Post engagement rateThe average engagement rate for all your video posts, calculated as the sum of engagement rates for each video divided by the number of videos. The engagement rate for a video is calculated as the number of likes, comments, and shares of your videos, as a percentage of the number of unique users who watched them.
Post likesThe number of likes your videos received in the selected date range.
Post reached audience The total number of unique users who watched your videos.
Post sharesThe number of shares of your videos in the selected date range.
Post total time watchedThe total amount of time people spent watching your videos.
Post video viewsThe total number of times your videos were viewed in the selected date range.
Post video views: FollowingThe number of times your videos were viewed from people's Follow feeds, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post video views: For YouThe number of times your videos were viewed from people's For You feeds, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post video views: HashtagThe number of times your videos were viewed from a hashtag, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post video views: ProfileThe number of times your videos were viewed from your profile page, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post video views: SearchThe number of times your videos were viewed from a search on the Discover page, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post video views: SoundThe number of times your videos were viewed from a video's sound, as a percentage of the total number of video views.
Post watched full videoThe number of people who watched your videos in full, as a percentage of the number of people who viewed them.
PostsThe total number of posts published to your TikTok accounts.
Posts tableA list of posts published to your TikTok accounts, including their organic engagement metrics.
Profile viewsThe total number of times your profiles were viewed in the selected period.
SharesThe total number of shares of your accounts' videos in the selected date range.
