Automatically clear contact data
Protect contact data by automatically removing it after an agent resolves a conversation.
Set options clear contact data
You can set how long, once an agent resolves a conversation, to keep your contact data. You'll see times that your agents created, updated, and deleted contact attributes.
- In Inbox 2.0, select Admin settings.
- Expand Privacy and security, select Auto-clear contact attributes, choose your duration, and save your settings.
If an agent moves a conversation to the New queue, the timer stops. The timer restarts the next time an agent resolves the conversation.
