Review and approve suggested content

Employee advocates may find something great they think you should add to Amplify. When they do, they can suggest you share it. It can be an image, a link, or both. And they can add a note to tell you about their suggestion.

When an advocate suggests content, it's sent to you to review and approve. Your Content admins, Publishers, and Contributors can edit it, schedule it, or send it to Amplify.

If you don't want your advocates to be able to suggest content, you can turn this feature off in Admin settings.

Find suggested content

Find employee suggested content and content awaiting approval alongside your other content in the Amplify navigation.

1. Go to Amplify and select Suggested or Pending approval.
2. Select a post, select more options , and then select from the following options:
   • Edit original post - Open the post and edit it, schedule it for later, or publish it right away.
   • Delete post - Delete the post.
