What to do if you need additional help

If you still have questions, we're happy to help. But before you reach out to Hootsuite Support, check out the resources listed in this article to see if your question has already been answered there.

We have a variety of useful resources designed to help you succeed:

Contact Support

Not finding the answer you were looking for? Whenever you contact Support, we'll need to know a few things, such as the email address associated with your Hootsuite account. In addition, we'll need to know the part of the product or the social network you're having trouble with.

Support options by plan type

Different support options are available depending on your plan.

  • Free plan - 24/7 support on social via Twitter or Facebook.
  • Professional and Team plans - Chat, 24/7 support on social via Twitter or Facebook, and submitting a support ticket.
  • Business and Enterprise Standard plans - Chat, 24/7 support on social viaTwitter or Facebook, and submitting a support ticket. Business and Enterprise Standard plans have access to 24/5 support from our Support team. Reach out to your account rep for more information.
  • Enterprise Premier plans - Chat, 24/7 support on social via Twitter or Facebook, and submitting a support ticket. Enterprise Premier plans have access to 24/7 support from our Support team. Reach out to your account rep for more information.

Using chat

Plans: This is available for our Professional, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.
  1. In your Hootsuite account, go to Help & resourcesHelp & Resources icon , and then select Message Us for Help.
  2. In the chat window, ask your question.

Chat is also available from select pages within the Hootsuite Help Center.

Submitting a support ticket

Plans: This is available for our Professional, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.

We'll need to know a few things when you contact Support. For example, the email address associated with your Hootsuite account, the part of the product or the social network you're having trouble with, and a description of the issue. Please provide as many details about the issue as you can.

  1. Select Submit a support ticket from the homepage of the Hootsuite Help Center.
  2. After providing all of the required details, select Submit.

Note: If you cannot see the Submit a support ticket link, please check you are logged into your Hootsuite account and try again.
