Submit a support ticket

Plans: This is available for our Professional, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.

If you need to contact us, we'll need to know a few things so we can help you. Make sure you include the email address associated with your Hootsuite account, the part of the product or the social network you’re having trouble with, and a description of your issue. Please share as many details about the issue as you can.

  1. Select Submit a support ticket from the homepage of the Hootsuite help center.
  2. After providing all of the required details, select Submit.

Note: If you cannot see the Submit a support ticket link, please check you are logged into your Hootsuite account and try again.

Plans: This is available for our Professional, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.
  1. In your Hootsuite account, go to Help & resources , and then select Message us for help.
  2. In the chat window, ask your question.
