Retweet a message in Sparkcentral

Agents can retweet messages from within the agent workspace.

Select the More actions icon next to the message, and then select Retweet.

The retweeted message appears in the conversation history. The Retweet icon appears, indicating that this message was retweeted.

Select Delete to remove the message.
