Hootsuite has been building a better way to manage your private messages - Hootsuite Inbox. From August 9th, all Hootsuite Professional, Team, Business, and Enterprise customers will have access to Inbox, so you can begin the transition to Hootsuite’s new private messaging solution.
In addition to an improved threaded experience for managing your Twitter direct messages, Inbox also supports Facebook private message conversations. Read and reply to your customers efficiently, and collaborate easily with assignments (available to Team, Business, and Enterprise plans), filtering, and message tagging (available to Enterprise account holders).
