Download Quick Search results

You can download a snapshot of Quick Search results for further review or to share with others. You get all the data and visualizations from Listening in one easy-to-share file.

Tip: You can also compare Quick Search results and download a report that compares the results.

Download a Quick Search report

You can download a snapshot of your Quick Search results in PDF or PowerPoint format.

1. Go to Listening, enter a search term, then press ENTER.
2. Optionally, apply filters to refine your search results to capture the mentions that are most relevant to you.
3. Select Download report, then select the format you want to use for your report (PDF or PowerPoint).

   Listening generates the report and notifies you when it is ready for download.

4. When the report is ready, select the link to download it to your computer.
