About your overall score
Your social relationship score (SRS) is a combined average for all of your connected Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram social media accounts. We evaluate your content's effectiveness using key metrics, such as impressions, engagements, shares, comments, and more. These metrics are weighted to give you your score. A higher score reflects a more effective content strategy.
Your score includes data from all posts you publish to your connected accounts - regardless of whether they were published from Hootsuite. Your score is updated weekly and also when you connect or disconnect a social account from Hootsuite. When you connect a social media account, your score may take a minute to update.
Review your insights and recommendations
Accompanying your score, you'll find AI-powered insights and recommendations broken down by social media account. These can help you see what you're doing right and help you learn what you can adjust to improve your overall score and social strategy. Select your social media account to see your recommendations for that account.
