Enable peak detection for search results

Peak detection automatically finds the highest peaks in widgets that show results over time (volume, engagement, and reach).

With peak detection enabled, you can quickly see when engagement for your brand, products, or campaigns is highest, and gain insight into the reasons behind the increased activity. Talkwalker's AI Insight, powered by Blue Silk™ GPT, generates summaries of the conversations behind engagement peaks, so you can understand the key themes and sentiments behind them.

For example, you can quickly identify specific content that resonates with your audience, or spot emerging trends in consumer sentiment. When it comes to your brand, you can stay on top of any peaks in negative sentiment and take immediate action to address the issue.

The peaks on the line graph are flagged. Peak detection does not annotate all peaks in the graph, but shows anomalies in the data so you can detect obvious and non-obvious peaks.

Note: Peak detection is not available with Listening Basics.
