Export search or topic results

You can export individual search result widgets in a variety of formats to include in another document or share with others. Supported formats include PNG, PDF, XLS, CSV, and Powerpoint.

Export widget results

You can export a widget from Quick Search results or Topic Insights.

If you are exporting the Results widget (to download a list of individual mentions), there is a limit of 50K mentions for the entire Listening project, and 20K mentions for individual users.
  1. On the Quick Search results or Topic Insights page, locate the result widget you want to export.
  2. Point to the widget, select More, and then select Export.
  3. In the Export window, select a file format, and then select Export.

  4. When the file is ready, select the link to download it to your computer.
