What types of campaigns are available?
There are eight campaign types available in Hootsuite Team, and two for Free and Professional. Click Create New in your Campaigns dashboard and hover your mouse over each type to learn more about them.

If I want my gallery to run forever, do I have to choose a start and end date?
Yes, unfortunately. Just select an end date far in the future to avoid having to update it frequently.
Why do I have to sign in to Instagram or Twitter when setting up my campaign?
The connection to your social profile is only used to give your campaign access to Instagram or Twitter’s search APIs.
Can a URL be reused once a campaign has ended?
Yes. The original campaign using the URL has to be deleted in order for the URL to become available for a new campaign.
How many campaigns can be created or published at once?
Free and Professional Campaigns users can create up to 100 campaigns, but can only publish one at a time (Sweepstakes or Sign up form).
Team Campaigns users can create up to 100 campaigns, but can only publish ten campaigns at one time.
A campaign cannot be unpublished. To publish a new campaign after your limit has been reached, a previously published campaign must be deleted. Remember to download your campaign data before deleting.
Only one Facebook custom tab can be live at a time per Facebook page.
Is there an ideal file size and type for the header image?
Images should be at least 970px wide (recommend 2000px), but no more than 500px high. Images should be in .JPEG, .GIF, or .PNG. format.
Can I share my campaign with a Hootsuite team member?
No. Campaigns cannot be shared. Only the user who created a campaign can see and edit it.
Is there any auto-moderation of inappropriate content?
No. In your campaign Settings, you can select admin approval under Entry Options to approve all entries before they are posted to your campaign gallery.
