Manage or approve scheduled messages - mobile web

To view scheduled messages

  1. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Publisher.
  3. Select the Scheduled or Require Approval tab.
  4. Tap Tap to Update to refresh your scheduled messages.

To edit a scheduled message

  1. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Publisher.
  3. Select the Scheduled or Require Approval tab.
  4. Tap Edit  under the scheduled message.
  5. Edit your message.
  6. Tap Save in the top-right corner, or reschedule or send the message.

To edit a message awaiting approval (Enterprise)

  1. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Publisher.
  3. Tap the Require Approval tab.
  4. Tap Edit .
  5. Edit your message.
  6. Tap Save in the top-right corner.

If you have approval permissions, the message will be sent as soon as the edits are saved. If you have limited social network permissions, the message will be resaved into the Require Approval queue.

To approve a message (Enterprise)

  1. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Publisher.
  3. Tap the Require Approval tab.
  4. Tap Approve .

To delete a scheduled message

  1. Tap the main menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Publisher.
  3. Select the Scheduled or Require Approval tab.
  4. Select the scheduled message.
  5. Tap Delete .
  6. Tap Delete again to confirm.
